Introduction to Meditation
with Candlin Dobbs Sat April 3rd: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM In Room(s): Main Shrine Room Introduction to Meditation is a three-hour program that is appropriate for anyone wishing to learn about meditation and how to meditate, as well as for experienced meditators interested in refreshing their understanding and experience of meditation practice. The morning consists of a talk on the purpose, effects and value of meditation, guided meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation practice and group discussion.
Bagels and tea are offered at 8:30am, and the program begins promptly at 9:00.
